griefing over husband death want can i do?

Get support: I'm so sorry to hear about your husband's death. Grief is a complicated process, especially when a spouse has died. There are support groups which can help immensely, and are led by an expert in grief counseling. Also, get the support of your family. No one can understand what you are going through except other widows, but your family can be there for you.
