Neither: None of those have been shown to improve memory unfortunately. Lots of unsubstantiated claims with little or no evidence.

Agree with Dr. C.: Both are know to contain oils beneficial to circulation for the entire body including the brain. You might also consider online exercises that can stimulate certain parts of your brain associated with memory. It is well-known that the nerve cells in the parts of the brain associated with memory, indeed all parts of the brain, can be reconnected to increase your memory both short and long term. Thx.

Eat nuts?: Of the two, perhaps you would choose walnuts as they have more omega 3 oil per nut.

Both: Non will change your iq but healthy diet improves your focus and mood which will modestly impart your recall potential. So either of them is fine, also good self esteem and excercise and reduction of chronic worries or stresd.
