fell on my knee , slight swelling and bruising but the pain is so bad i can't walk and makes me extremely nauseous . how do i treat the pain ?

Contusion: It is common to have nausea associated with a knee injury. For now, icing, rest and elevation is recommended. If you can take nsaids like Ibuprofen or naproxen, these reduce inflammation. Tylenol (acetaminophen) is a pain reliever. Ginger is a natural antinauseant. Dramamine relieves nausea but may cause drowsiness. See your md if swelling and pain persists or worsens.
