I've always get a discharge during ovulation. whether its wetness or mucus, but now its my ovulation time and no discharge. is this normal?

Yes: The amount of mucus secretion prior to ovulation may vary slightly. I would assume that there is still enough mucus to support sperm travel up into the uterus. If you're concerned have your physician check with a post coital test.
