You might: Do you think you have primary idiopathic pulmonary arterial hypertension, or pulmonary veno-occlusive disease? Neither is a simple, curable disease but a competent pulmonologist or invasive radiologist / cardiologist can make the call easily. Unexplained shortness of breath always needs a workup. Look for the easy-to-treat causes first. Good luck and stay proactive.
