Hi, i fell today flat on my front and now if i bend over or reach for something my ribs hurt. Should i get it checked?

Rib/chest xray: I would check with your doctor and consider getting rib and chest xray to check for a cracked rib and to be sure there is no lung abnormality. Assuming tests are negative then would apply ice and take some medication for pain relief such as tylenol (acetaminophen) or ibuprofen. Avoid activity that makes it hurt until it heals. Most likely this is costochondritis.
