does everyone show symptoms for gonorrhea infection?

No: Gonorrhea can be asymptomatic, particularly in females. When females do have symptoms, it is usually pelvic pain and vaginal discharge, which can be present with other conditions. Gonorrhea often, though not always, produces pain with urination in males. There may also be a urethral discharge. Gonorrhea can disseminate and can infect joints as well.
