what are the signs of early pregnancy?

No Signs: Pregnancy happens without symptoms. The female body does not even know it is pregnant until about ten to fourteen days after conception. Many women, who report symptoms, are in fact reporting on pre-menstrual symptoms. As the fetus grows and there is a shared blood supply, several weeks into the pregnancy then nausea and other hormonal symptoms are common.
