Neck problem: Sounds like you may have a cervical disc problem in your neck w/ the description of your symptoms. See an ors or neurosurgeon for examination, x-rays etc. Best of luck!you may need treatment for your anxiety disorder additionally.

Have your general physician order a cervical spine/thoracic spine x-ray. Depending on results, a cervical spine MRI may next be indicated to investigate x-ray findings. With this information, consult a neurologist for recommendations.
