See your gynecologis: Persistant pain is a reason to see your doctor. From the description it is hard to tell what the etiology is. You might have an ovarian cyst causing referred shoulder pain. But there are hundreds of causes so it can't be pinned down on this venue.

That's probably gut: The vagina is directly over the rectum, so gut-related pain can seem to be vaginal. ?Constipation?
