i've recently started donating plasma. i'm getting small bruises at the entry site. can i do anything to prevent bruising or make them go away faster?

Not much: This is normal. There is nothing you can do except apply pressure at the site for 5-10 minutes after the needle is removed. Even then, it may not help.

Keep arm straight and held above your head with FIRM pressure on the vein for 5 minutes.
