Many causes: The first thought I have is rosacea especially if you flush easily but there may be other causes. See a dermatologist if this really bothers you a lot.

Rash: You need to have a doctor look at it, it may be rosacea , contact dermatitis, etc, hard to tell without looking at it. You need to have someone examine you.
