It is a good blood p: If you are using a BP machine, take it with you when you see your doctor. You want to get similar readings in a similar situation.Many people get elevated BP when going to doctor.

Yes.: Hypertension is a sustained blood pressure greater than 140/90. !20/80 is normal BP and requires no treatment.
