No: I'm sorry. It's a difficult chronic problem that must be managed. If a cure existed, the research piranhas at the NIH would be all over it -- they are driven by jealousy and vanity, which is stronger even than the greed of Big Pharma. If a charlatan offers a cure and you don't recover, he/she will blame you and try to sell you something else. An honest holist will tell you the same.
