Adrenal Insufficienc: One symptom that is common to both adrenal insufficiency and pregnancy is unusual fatigue, so yes. There are other symptoms that are not common to both.

Would be rare: Adrenal insufficiency causes extreme fatigue, weight loss, salt craving and abdominal pain and sometimes vomiting . Pregnancy can causes vomiting and tiredness but should be associated with weight gain not loss and not abd pain. The 2 are rarely if ever confused.
