i have a cough 2 days now and i feel pain to my lunges my temperature is 38 to 39.2 is it correct to take an antibiotic like zithromax?

Not necessarily: Most coughs and respiratory problems are viral in which antibiotics don't help. However, you need a thorough history and physical to determine whether yours is indeed viral. Supportive care - fluids, humidifier in the room, lukewarm mist inhalation, Vicks chest rub applications plus over-the-counter medications such as Robitussin (guaifenesin) or Robitussin (guaifenesin)-DM are often helpful and sufficient, but better check.
