Not w/o doc monitor: Smoothies tend to very high in simple sugars and low in fiber-bad combo for diabetic glucose control. Need to discuss with your doc; speak with a dietician as well for safer approaches.

Would not advise.: It's always better to have your three regular healthy meals daily with smaller snacks in between. With diabetes, I would not substitute your breakfast for a smoothie that would get quickly absorbed and raise your blood sugar readings quickly.
