TRIGGERS: Migraine is a hereditary condition due to inordinate sensitivity of brain neurotransmitters, especially glutamate, due to both external and internal triggers. Any type of infection or widespread inflammation may act as a provocateur, but so might bright sunshine or a variety of foods.
