Try these:: Be sure you're meeting your basic needs: your mind needs good nutrition and adequate rest to function best. Get enough sleep at night, don't skip meals and choose healthy snacks. Your mind will also benefit from regular exercise which will help with clarity of thought and focus. Avoid listening to music/using an ipod while studying/working as that can be distracting.
