Sir i have hypoechoic cystic lesion of size 53x40 mm is noted in left suprarenal region diagnosed in ultra sound..i am very much worry about this?

Need more: Information. Suprarenal cystic lesion makes it sound like a cyst separate from the kidney, possibly adrenal. If the ultrasound report offers little more than that (no differential diagnosis or recommendation for follow-up) then consider ct or MRI for further workup.
