Likely Varicose vein: It sounds most like a varicose vein, especially if it happens with increased pressure on the veins caused by squatting. Sadly, once a vein is damaged, it will not go back to normal. Some treatments can help, but trying to avoid things that make it worse is critical. Support hose (which men often use - joe namath!) can also help. 25 is young for them, but they can happen. Get checked to be sure.
