The possibility: Topamax (topiramate) is prescribed for a variety of pain disorders including the prophylaxis of migraine headache. Unwanted effects are:dizziness, memory problems, weight loss, sudden vision changes and menstrual changes.
Topamax (topiramate) may decrease the effectiveness of hormonal birth control pills.
