im on my third day of my period and my belly and the part under my belly button looks swollen. no pain. runny nose and sore throat. normal?

Probably: Many normal changes can happen during your period, especially when you are young and your body is adjusting to changing hormone levels. Pain, swelling, irregular periods are especially common. A runny nose and sore throat would be from something else, such as a viral illness, allergies, irritation to something around you, etc.
