do girls release a chemical during sex that make them want to continue after the first orgasm or is one time usually enough?

Highly variable: The response that people have after sexual release is highly variable, and often tied to the overall level of "sex drive" this may change over time. Classic teaching is that men have a maximal drive in late teen and early 20s, whereas women's sex drive may reach a peak in the mid thirties. Each individual is unique.

Endorphins: I believe that endorphins are released which can drive an individual to repeated episodes of "pleasure, " but one does not need to use that as an excuse to repeat any acts.
