It might,,,: I don't know what you do but if you chew tobacco and drink alcoholic beverages regularly, this is a great message to stop as these can lead to cancer in the mouth. This isn't cancer now but it may become that if whatever's being done isn't stopped. It also might mean an immunodeficiency of some sort. At least it's an early sign to get serious about your health. Evaluations: Heavy alcohol use will increase you chance of cancer. By also using tobacco you will be at a very high cancer risk. So stop both alcohol and tobacco. You should see an oral medicine specialist or an oral surgeon for frequent regular evaluations of your mouth. You can change your destiny.

Oral Biopsy: The best answer that you can get should be answered by the doctor who requested that a biopsy be taken. He should have received a report from the laboratory that evaluated the cells and established the diagnosis. Rather than speculate, contact that doctor as soon as you can to ease your mind and know what to do next.

How can you get bladder cancer if you're constantly urinating?

Dr. Simon Kimm
Urology 16 years experience
In other ways.: The development of bladder cancer has little to do with the frequency of urination. It has everything to do with changes to the lining of the bladder, mostly due to exposure to toxins in the urine, such as from cigarette smoke & industrial chemicals. Inherited genetic factors play a role as well. For those that have developed bladder cancer, one of the symptoms can be frequent urination.

It depends: Results depend upon the stage of cancer. It is active for the adjuvant treatment and in metastatic disease. The side effects can include nausea and diarrhea. Occasionally there can be some blood count issues. The other side effect can be cold related temporary nerve injury that lasts a very short time. There also is a more long term nerve injury. Most people do tolerate this well. Hope this helps.

What could cause joint inflammation/redness without pain?

Dr. John Goldman

Arthritis : Arthritis would be my first choice. It is inflammation but not always pain. But you can have swelling, and redness without pain. Caution just because it is redness and swelling doesn't mean it is arthritis. This could be seen in allergic reaction, soft tissue inflammation or cellulitis to name a few.
