Lymph glands: The lumps on the neck are probably lymph glands reacting to infection and/or inflammation in the scalp. The scalp lumps could be infected hair follicles, psoriasis or other dermatitis, or viral lesions like shingles. Have your md check these areas if they don't resolve.
