Doms: Doms, or delayed onset muscle soreness is due to a combination of factors including muscle fatigue, Lactic Acid buildup, and mico tears in the muscle fibers. A light workout is best when sore to increase blood flow to the muscles but not enough to aggravate the underlying problems. Don't push it or you might increase the chance for injury.
