No: Adjustment disorders are temporary psychological conditions usually brought on by stressors which seem to have greater impact on functional domains such as social, interpersonal, occupational. Symptoms often subside within six months and are not believed to be longterm or disabling.

No: Adjustment disorder by definition is temporary. If it persists with severity causing disability, then i would rediagnosis some other condition such as major depression.
