Spot fat loss does : Not occur naturally. By losing weight in general some will probably be abdominal fat. But, we don't get to choose what area of body fat is lost from. Eat healthy ; be physically active. Calories burned must > those consumed. Tighten ab's: crunches, reverse crunches, exercise ball crunches, pelvic thrusts, lying leg raises, side bridge ; “bicycling” exercise on back. Do regular aerobic exercise.

No selective loss: You cannot preferentially lose fat from one specific area of the body (naturally). However, overall weight loss will contribute to loss over different body areas. Exercise can be used to firm, tone and sculpt.

Healthy Lifestyle: There are no pills that will get rid of belly fat. A healthy lifestyle will. Eating nutritious food, consuming less calories than you burn & exercise will help you lose weight. You also cannot target weight loss to one area, like your stomach. Ab exercises will help build muscle & more muscle requires more calories, so you burn more. In the end, it's all about calories in vs calories burned.

Stop drinking...: Seriously, if your goal is weight reduction, beer is very high in empty, non-nutritive calories. You can't spot reduce, so aiming for specific reduction in abdominal circumference may prove frustrating. Abdominal exercise will certainly tone your 6-pack which you can show off nicely once total weight reduction is achieved. There is no substitute for healthy eating & exercise to reach your goal.

Diet and exercise: Truly count calories, everything you put in your mouth, and cut that back to healthy normal amounts. Some advocate cutting out white bread and limiting carbs, and remember that alcohol has calories. Healthy amounts of exercise. You cannot otherwise target belly fat (without surgery). And, fyi, the average tummy tuck I do removes about 2-2.5 lbs of skin and fat.
