What is the fastest way to get rid of your nasal congestion?

Dr. Bernstein Joel

Need diagnosis: I truly enjoy answering questions on health tap. As an ENT I am impressed by the number of questions that focus on quick fixes for the person's symptoms. I can not emphasize enough the need for an accurate diagnosis. Most physicians treat diseases, not symptoms. Having said this, you need to rule out nasal allergy, sinusitis with or without nasal polyposis. Reflux is a remote possibility.
