Let's analyze : You indicate a 3-4 month progression with seemingly use of plasmapheresis, which suggests you did not respond to steroids or other acute therapies, and i note that you are not currently listing a disease modifying agent. I must wonder if you have a progressive form of ms or in fact, perhaps a variant form of neuromyelitis optics. Get opinion at local medical school ms clinic.
