Dx: palatal tremor and trigeminal neuralgia. mri single hyper intense frontal gyrus. 23 years old. left eye pain and right throat pain. is this ms?

Possible: But i would expect there to be more MRI abnormalities other than what you have mentioned? A lumbar puncture in order to run labs on your spinal fluid may be enlightening.

TN not tumor rel: Trigeminal neuralgia, or even any kind of pain syndrome, should not be related to a frontal tumor. If you truly have trigeminal neuralgia (see http://braintumorclinic.Org/trigeminal-neuralgia/ for more info), you should get it treated, whatever the frontal lesion turns out to be.
