Trust the test: Home pregnancy tests are very accurate. They are the same tests used in a doctor's office. They can detect a pregnancy 7-10 days after conception. The best time to take one is when you miss your period. If you doubt the result you can repeat it in 1-2 days. If you were pregnant the hormone level would rise enough for detection.

Nitroglycerin: Nitroglycerin relieves cardiac related chest pain by dilating the coronary arteries. These are the arteries that supply blood to the heart. Improving blood flow to heart muscle will relieve the discomfort caused by a partial blockage of the blood vessel with plaque.

I just had a sonogram at 6 weeks 2 days pregnant and the tech said I had a corpus luteum cyst on my ovary. What is this? Is it normal? Especially, if I have had a miscarriage (due to a partial molar pregnancy) and one healthy baby.?

Normal: The corpus luteum is the cyst in the ovary where ovulation occurred. It is an important source of hormonal support to the early pregnancy. This is a normal, healthy finding.

I have a herniated disc at t3-t4 from an accident burning pain in chest and muscle pain is this bad?

Maybe: The burning pain in your chest is most likely due to the disc herniation touching/compressing the nerves that go to the area of your chest where you feel the pain. If the hernia gets bigger it can squeeze on that nerve further, and can cause permanent damage to this nerve, sometimes decompressing the nerve through surgery may help but not always, medications such as gabapentin, Cymbalta (duloxetine) may help.

Cold sensitivity: There are several possibilities, however being more sensitive to the cold temperatures and swelling in the neck suggests the possibility of a thyroid illness causing a condition of low thyroid production called hypothyroidism with an enlargement of the thyroid called goiter. It is imperative that you obtain medical consultation and examination to determine the true cause of your problems.
