Disclaimer

Mri showed 4 bulging disc and kyphosis lordosis in neck. Have sharp pain in the upper back and shoulders. Now when back is flexed one side hurts?

You need an Orthopod /spinal surgical evaluation for proper dx and treatment then could be initiated. Epidural steroids shots maybe needed, if conservative measures haven't provided any relief. Bulging discs by themselves may not be significant unless accompanied by other findings like hypertrophic L. Flavum or osteophytes, etc, which may need to be surgically treated. See a Spinal surgeon.
