could adults get more face acne than teens?

Depends: Some teens are spared altogether. Some adults get nasty flare-ups. I was able to stop taking rx for acne at age 50. The key is that it is manageable with scientific rx until it self-cures. Please don't let this be neglected. Best wishes.
