Spinal tumor: Impossible to answer the question. Why do you believe you might have a tumor? If you are having back related symptoms, best to see your doctor for evaluation. There are many other causes of back pain that are more common than tumors.

Spinal tumor: Some of the red flags for a tumor would be fever, pain when you push on a certain spot on your spine, loss of bladder or bowel control depending on where the tumor is etc.. However as the other physicians answered, spinal tumors are exceedingly rare, why would you think you have one
