Natural cure?: The aim of treatment of hydronephrosis (h) is to: remove the build-up of urine and relieve the pressure on one's kidney(s), prevent permanent kidney damage and to treat the underlying cause of h. Most cases of h will need to be treated surgically. There are no reported "natural" cures for h in the literature i reviewed.
