After a tibia and fibia break how long it will take me to regain muscle in my leg?

Same as time in cast: It will take about as long to regain strength as your leg was immobilized, assuming proper strength training. Consult a physical therapist for help unless you already know a lot about muscle training.

What causes the front muscle on both legs to feel numb?

Tight pants: What you're describing sounds like meralgia paresthetica. Also known as "calvin klein syndrome, " it is caused when tight pants compress the nerve going to the front of your thigh. The treatment is to wear looser-fitting clothing. If that doesn't work, you might have a neurologic problem, and you should see your doctor.

How to reduce the fats or muscles in the legs?
1 doctor answer • 1 doctor weighed in

Dr. Maureen Maysanswered

Question?: I'm not sure if you want to get rid of fat or muscle or both in your legs. I would advise against getting rid of muscles as it's good for you, helps prevent osteoporosis in later life, and the muscles give you nice curves. To get rid of fat (legs and everywhere) cut your daily calories and get at least 30 min of aerobic exercise every day. See your doctor for help if needed.
