please help! what is the best treatment for colon cancer stage 4?

Mostly chemo: Plus or minus avastin, (bevacizumab) but not with curative intent. Occasionally a patient may have an isolated metastasis than can be removed surgically and then get chemo. Those patients have better odds.

See your doctor: There are no natural treatments for colon cancer which are proven beneficial. Cure rates with surgery (and chemotherapy or radiation as needed) are very good except in advanced disease.

Surgery+/-ChemoRx: The cornerstone of therapy is surgical resection of the part of the colon. The stage of the cancer is dependent upon the surgical findings (depth of cancer, lymph node evaluation), which will guide the decision regarding chemotherapy. Very rarely, radiation therapy will be recommended for more advanced colon cancers.

Eat healthy, ask you: Ask your oncologist. There is no special diet once you already have cancer as it is a matter of keeping your weight at normal level. It does not matter much as to what you eat after cancer has already developed.

Varies: There are many options - mostly chemo but also surgical ( if isolated liver or lung met) and interventional radiology. Chemo has many tiers as well. This is best discussed with ur oncologist. It's not a bad idea to get a second opioion.
