See below. : Keep sugar under control, wear proper fitting, supportive shoes, check feet daily for any abnormalities. If see anything unusually, get medical attention. Exercise regularly and get foot exam regularly. Do not attempt to treat problems by yourself. If poor circulation or neuropathy, have toenails and callus treated by podiatriist.
