IgA: Good question, most likely it will remain a selective IgA deficiency which is very common and does not require any specific treatment.

Neither: Would consider this a partial IgA deficiency, which more commonly reverses compared with true selective (total) IgA deficiency. At 29years old, it is unlikely, albeit possible, to progress to cvid. Partial IgA deficiency can be a transient phenomenon related to viral infection or gastrointestinal problems. Unlike selective IgA def, it is not associated with anaphylaxis, allergies or autoimmunity
