sob, dizzy, feet & hands tingling, bronchitis x 2 weeks ago. urgent care last night said viral, pericarditis. neck pain, feel faint. albut barely helps?

You're ill: Viral illnesses must run their course. You're acutely ill right now. Go to bed. Drink plenty of fluids to stay hydrated and raise your BP (low BP is contributing to your weak, dizzy, faint feeling). Eat salty foods. Rest. Be patient. If not improving in 5 days, be re-evaluated. You would do well to establish a relationship with a family doc and not use urgent care so you have continuity of care.
