is it true that a person can lose weight by eating healthy food every day without exercise? one person said they did this and it works. really?

Yes: To lose weight one must consume less calories than they burn. Exercise burns more calories but even at rest we burn calories.Sugars/simple carbs from grains esp.Cause weight gain. It is true: Most of what contributes to a healthy weight is proper nutrition. Exercise is important for health but not really for weight management. There are many great websites, podcasts, and books on the topic of paleo lifestyle. You can learn all about how to eat well by looking into those.
