Lmp sept 28 - oct 2 i'm 11 weeks due date july 28 which means conception date around nov 4th. how is my lmp so off?

Late ovulation: Lmp only works when you have regular 28 day cycles. Your last period was 9/28, but you didn't ovulate until around nov. 4. Most likely you weren't having regular cycles, or if you were, something delayed ovulation in october.

Ovulation: You make have ovulated later than you think. If your cycles are usually a bit irregular, it is possible that you ovulated late. If the ultrasound dating is fairly consistent, then you have to go with that.
