Disclaimer

my doctors seem to be stumped after negative diagnostics so i thought i would ask here, generally what are the causes of tiny focal lesions in brain?

Not sure either but: Sometimes even after exhaustive testing, we still couldn't find the cause of the illness. It's called medical mystery. Consider seeking a second opinion.
