can primary nocturnal enuresis at age 21 be caused by a spinal syrinx or cmt? does it have to be checked out?

Hold up!!: Spinal syrinx? Cmt? Two completely different conditions on opposite ends of the spectrum. Have your doctor check you out, thorough work up, do not take a shot gun approach.
