hello, for the last three weeks i have been bleeding, stabbing pains in my pelvis . also tonight been dizzy/light headed and my legs keep going weird.

Please get medical: Evaluation now. If you have been bleeding for 3 weeks straight you may be anemic or hypovolemic. Stabbing abdominal pain is of concern.
