Ultrasound show no sol in uterus and no fluid de sac everything ok but emdometrial 8.7mm thick (day 14 of my cycle) am i pregnant?(i had my periods)

No not pregnant: It is not from being pregnant as you had your period the thickened endometrium can be due to abnormal and excessive overgrowth of cells in the inner lining of uterus and needs to be followed up with your gynecologist.
