Irregular cycle: There are many causes of irregular cycle. Pregnancy is always a possibility. Vaginitis (yeast or other) can cause bleeding and brown discharge. Hormone irregularities can also interfere with normal cycles. I recommend keeping a menstrual chart and if still irregular in 2 months you need to consult a physician.
