is it ok to take topamax (topiramate) for chronic tension headaches? i am constantly exhausted on this med and take 25 mg in the am and 25 mg in the pm.

Talk to your doctor: Topamax (topiramate) can be used for migraines as well as seizure. If you are feeling that bad on it, you doctor needs to know.
